Luma-Fab GT ™ High Performance Luminescent Textiles appear white or cream
colored when viewed in the light, but when the lights go out, these specially coated
fabrics give off their own light visible in complete darkness for several hours.


   A patented new chemical process encapsulates
photo luminescent crystals into a waterproof,
 breathable coating that is bonded directly into
 textile fibers.

Glow in the Dark Plastics, coatings and liquids
 have been around for years, but this new series
 of fabrics are an engineering breakthrough.

The patented coating process bonds a glow in
 the dark (photo luminescent) coating that is both
 waterproof and breathable into the fibers of the
 fabric. The resulting bond is waterproof and will
 retain its photo luminescent properties for many
 years and through hundreds of washings.

Completely safe and non-toxic, contains NO
 radioactive compounds. Photoluminescence is
 achieved though complex microscopic crystals
 that mimic photo luminescent chemical reactions
 and structures that occur naturally in certain
 deepwater aquatic life, fireflies, and other
 bioluminescent organisms found in nature.

Does not require freezing or chemical activation
 (like "glow sticks"). Can be used over and over
 again. Simply "charge" the material with photons
 by exposing it to bright light (bright sunlight
 works best) for about 10 -15 minutes and the
 material will produce a glowing light that will last
 3 hours or longer. Visible for hundreds of yards
 in complete darkness. Multiple layers of this
 material enhance the brightness of the glow.
