if attempting to install grommets into:

Sheer Curtains, Mosquito Netting
or Other lightweight materials.

Please consider the following:

 These grommets are made of heavy brass and they will not set properly into very thin fabrics without first reinforcing
 the surrounding material by sewing or gluing
 Poly Pro webbing
2" webbing will be suitable for most grommets except size 6 and larger which require 3" webbing or a heavy duty fabric such
as 1000 D Cordura or
20 gauge clear vinyl BEFORE setting the grommets.

Blackened Brass (Black Color)

Stamped and swaged from heavy gauge brass sheeting, and blackened for corrosion resistance
and a more subdued appearance. Heavier and more
 durable than the lightweight "cheapo" grommets
commonly sold in craft shops and corner fabric
 stores. Same grommets used in industrial leather
and textile products.

Sizes #5 and #6 only are sold in sets of one
dozen (enough grommet parts for 12 grommets)
 and also sets of one gross (enough grommet parts
 for 144  grommets). All sizes (#00 through #6)
are available in sets of 1 gross. All sets contain
 the stated number of both Grommets and
 Washers. These grommets are designed to be
used with all of the  grommet installation tools
  we sell; we can not  guarantee that these
   grommets will work with  grommet tools made
 by other manufacturers.
